Woah, you have gotten way better since the last version of this!
The textures are great and the village is immediately recognizable. I love how you even included the crates x3 I also like how the ridges in the roofs are of varying tones.
There are some aspects though that are left out or not communicated well. For example, the house of skultulla doesn't look like it's at a higher level than the area with the lone tree (despite the stairs in front of it), and there's no ladder or fence behind the blue roofed house.
This might be personal preference, but behind the windmill, the trees behind the fence just suddenly stop. I know it looks this way in game, but this was likely due to hardware limitations and they aren't really meant to stop like that. Though, again, that's just personal preference since it /does/ look the way you drew it in-game ^^'
What I think are minor issues though don't detract much and overall this is very good! You chose an interesting angle that really shows off the whole place
