I got a wild epiphany, as I often do when I want to write stories. smile emoticon I love a combination of elements: Batman and scariness! I also happen to love the villains Mr. Freeze, Poison Ivy and Riddler with a passion, and with that, I also love Japanese B-films!
With all of this in mind, I have decided that I am going to try to write a fan fiction that revolves around Batman if it took place in Japan, specifically, Tokyo. Shifting something like Batman into a place like Japan opens up thousands of doors worth of possibilities for all of the characters, since Japan is rich with vibrant folklore! I'm kind of going to write it with the idea that it was being made into the typical format of a Japanese B-film, redesigning the characters and fitting them all to the culture. grin emoticon It's going to be a fun story!
This is Kura Neko. With this one, Catwoman, I decided to do something really, really different. Catwoman, or as she is called here, Kura Neko, was once engaged to marry Akio Takehiko (the Bruce Wayne of this arc). Tragically, Kura was murdered during a robbery attempt not unlike the tragic scene that took Akio's parents from him. Kura passed away in Akio's arms, dying angry and beyond distraught. She now exists as an Onryo, a ghostly apparition that torments Akio, longing to be with him but never able to reach far enough for him....
