Let the GCPD records indicate that, while overwhelming evidence suggests that subject Pamela Isley was responsible for at least twenty-three murders prior to her first meeting with eventual accomplice and lover Professor Jason Woodrue, her murder sprees intensified ten-fold following a collaboration of unethical experimentation with Woodrue that resulted in the deaths of more than fifty citizens of Gotham. This photo was taken of the pair in the winter of '94, and we believe Isley to have been well into her killing spree by this point. The circumstances of Woodrue and Isley's collaboration have been attributed to experimentation with specialized viral toxins intended for mutagen engineering.
