Nightshade, A Young Girl Burned to Death

Nightshade, a Wanderer, a haunter of human dwellings and murderer of said dwelling inhabitants. Highly intellectual, ruthless and condescending, she is a combination of beauty and terror, a devoted servant of the demonic deal-maker Dolos, and a subjugator of the territorial Onryo, Ryu. Madly in love with Frederick Branswallow, she has returned to the Death Bringer's life with an air of passion and vengeance. 

But how exactly did she die? Why, as a young child, of course, alone, in a basement, in the bath of such vicious flames. She had only been trying to play a prank on her younger sister. It did not bode well for her, or her family...or the family home... But such a terrible death birthed an even more terrible demon.
